Barrels are made from barrel blanks, they are cut down to your preferred length and threaded to fit your pistol. The barrels are machined into their octagon shape. They are then polished, crowned, and their forcing cones are polished. The ejector rod housing is installed. If the length of the barrels are less than 4 5/8 in. then the ejector rod housing is fitted. The barrels are then adjusted to the cylinders and new brass sights are installed.
Adjust Spur Angle
Spurs are heated and bent to preferred angle. Then polished.
